No Refund Policy

The ₹249 registration fee for our offline NEET mock test is non-refundable under any circumstances, including:

Change of mind after registration

Failure to attend the test on the scheduled date

Miscommunication or misunderstanding of test details

We encourage you to read all instructions carefully before registering

Seat Confirmation

Once the payment is received:

Your seat is confirmed for the selected test center and date.

You will receive your admit card or confirmation via SMS/Email/WhatsApp

Rescheduling Policy

We do not guarantee rescheduling, but in genuine emergency cases (with proper proof), you may contact our support at least 48 hours before the test date. Approval will be at the sole discretion of the organizing team.

Exceptions (For Technical or Internal Issues)

A full refund or reschedule will be provided only in cases where:

The test is cancelled or postponed by us.

Payment is successful but seat is not allotted due to internal error.

Double payment was made for the same registration.

Candidate Responsibility
