The brain behind this initiative is Aditya Shriwastava, a youth visionary and focused entrepreneur who believes that real success in competitive exams comes from not just studying hard, but preparing smart with the right mindset, real exam practice, and data-driven feedback.

While closely observing the gap in exam preparation systems — especially in small towns and Tier-2/Tier-3 cities — Aditya felt the need for a platform that brings real exam-like mock tests, affordable access, and deep performance analysis to every student. Thus, Topper Mindset was born — to empower aspirants with an edge that only top coaching institutes could offer till now.

To make this vision a reality, we follow a two-tier mission strategy:

1. For Class 11th and 12th Aspirants (NEET & JEE)

We provide:

Real-exam-like mock test environments that simulate the pressure and pattern of national-level exams.
OMR-based testing, detailed performance reports, and personalized mentoring.
An opportunity to experience competitive settings before the actual day — reducing fear, increasing confidence, and improving time management.
Our aim is to ensure that by the time a student walks into the real NEET or JEE exam hall, they have already experienced it multiple times with us — and the fear is gone.

2. For Class 8th, 9th, and 10th Students

We conduct:

Topper Mindset School Championships – a unique initiative that brings OMR-based competitive exams to younger students.
These tests introduce students to exam formats, logical thinking, and healthy competition early on.
Through this, we aim to build exam courage, competitive spirit, and a growth mindset from an early age.
